CITY FM policy is not to accept more than 6 minutes of Radio Commercials (RC) per hour. All RC must not be against Myanmar culture and censorship rules will follow those that are laid down by the official scrutiny boards. No cigarettes, alcohol, beer RC will be accepted. CITY FM reserves the right to cancel any bookings, RC without explanation, credit air time or refunds will be considered. CITY FM has the final say on the classification of Local or Foreign products for RC. Submit radio commercial (RC) in cassette tape or DAT or MP3 file along with written script, duration and product description for censorship approval. After receiving censorship approval & RC number, submit RC media plan (format will be supplied) to CITY FM and review space availability and book space with CITY FM. Bookings must be made 2 working days before broadcast. Obtain booking confirmation from CITY FM and make payments immediately. CITY FM will broadcast RC as planned. Conditions for agency status .... To secure more RC CITY FM at it’s full descretion will consider having advertising agents. The requirement are as follows: Must spend at least 500,000 Ks per month for Kyat rate. Failure in spending 500,000 Ks will result in cancellation of agency status for 3 months. Must spend at least 300 FEC per month for FEC rate. Failure in spendiing at least 300 FEC per month will result in cancellation of agency status for 3 months. Submit an agency credential. Agreement to the fact that CITY FM reserves the right to revoke agency status without any explanation. [TOP] Benefits of agency status .... 15% discount on set advertised rates. 14 days credit on confirmed media plans, only applicable after receiving the initial 500,000 kyats. ( Overdue fees of 1.5% of the confirmed media plan spend per 14 days will apply). Reserve spots 1 month ahead (subject to avaliability and price change) Regular update and newsletter on CITY FM radio station. Agency permit certificate.
