Flashback Alternatives is currently undergoing a total website makeover.
During this period we will be using this temporary website.
While site functionality will be reduced, the streams will be unaffected. Links to the MP3 and WMA streams are to the left. If you are looking for AAC+ or Real Audio links, I am unable to host those links on this system. They will return with the new site. However, you can launch AAC+ streams via Shoutcast.Com (search for Flashback Alternatives). You can also launch streams via iTunes, Winamp, Shoucast, Audiorealm, Windows Media, and of course 1.FM.
Requests will still be possible using the 1.FM request system, again, links to the left.
Forums will be unvailable, but no information will be lost.
The FA Tagboard will remain available, and is located to the right. Click on the Pop-Up Tag link to make the tag larger. Please note that most smiles/emoticons will NOT work. I may be able to have that working prior to the complete site relaunch.
Please keep in mind that during this period, website registration will be suspended, but you will still need to register your tagname.
All tagboard rules are still in effect - especially NO Changing Tagnames, NO Badmouthing of the Music, and above all NO Harassment of any kind. Flashback Alternatives reserves the right to ban anyone from the TagBoard for ANY REASON, WITHOUT ANY WARNING.
Your contributions are greatly needed and appreciated during this website transition. Please make use of the ChipIn widget to the right of the site. Existing monthly contribution subscriptions will not be affected. If you were looking to setup a new monthly subscription, thank you! A limited 'Now Playing' is also available below. The listener count reflects only the listeners to one of our streams, and not the actual amount of people tuned in.
I appreciate your patience and understanding as we ready the new site. I promise - it will be worth it! We anticipate going live with the new site no later than August 24th, 2008.
