TO ALL CFRU MEMBERS
RE: CFRU COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
The CFRU Board of Directors and CUPE 1281, which represents the employees of CFRU, have reached a tentative deal on a new contract after mediation. This agreement now requires ratification by both parties.
More information on the terms of the deal will be provided at a later date.

| We Have A New On-Air Control Room2008-04-24 |
As of Thursday April 24th CFRU will be broadcasting from our newly constructed on-air control room located in room 202 of the University Center, just next to our old control room. For all programmers and guests you’ll just have to look a little further down the hall.
Thanks to the generous support of the Don Snowden Program for Development Communication at the Capacity Development and Extension department of the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development.

Unfortunately, due to a power outage last week, our main archive server bit the bullet and no longer functions. While we work to repair this issue/get a new server, our alternate server is still up and running.
