Best Tattoo on the Planet: Heather Felix, Culloden, W. Va.!
Congratulations to Heather Felix of Culled, West Virginia, grand prize winner of the Real Rock Station's Best Tattoo on the Planet contest from Mad Dog Tattooz in Russell. She received more than 500 votes! Heather now receives a $100 tattoo from Mad Dog Tattooz, along with a free body piercing with starter jewelry, an aftercare kit, and a killer gift basket. Thanks to the 27 different people who submitted pictures, and thanks to everyone who took the time to cast more than 1,500 votes! In case you're wondering what Heather's tattoo is all about: it's in memory of her 19 month old nephew who passed away earlier this year in February. The tattoo is of his feet prints from his birth certificate. Very cool tribute.
