Kader defied an order to be deported on January 5, 2006, and has remained in sanctuary ever since. MONTREAL SESSIONS: CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS Are you a musician, dj, mc, producer or sound artist based in Montreal? Then you should host the Montreal Sessions! CKUT's artist-in-residency radio show airs on Tuesdays from 3-5pm and seeks participants to produce and host a weekly live radio show over a one month period. Participants will be provided with technical training, support and resources to produce and host the program independently; for more information, email music@ckut.ca. WANT TO PLAY MUSIC ON THE RADIO? This is an open invitation to musicians in Montreal to come to CKUT and make music in our broadcast studio: an opportunity to amplify your sounds by 5000 watts, transmitting all over and beyond the island of Montreal. The Tuesday Morning After is part of CKUT's weekday morning routine, serving up a mix of news, culture and music from 7 - 9am. Since summer 2008, the collective producers of the show have been trying to have live guests playing music in the second hour, from 8 -9am of each week's show. We can book time for you weeks in advance and can make special arrangements for unconventional sound equipment. We don't want to just play CDs all the time!
